Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Il est propre et confortable.

Le personnel était généralement serviable, mais cette fois-ci, le jeune homme m'a donné à plusieurs reprises les clés de chambres avec un seul lit, alors que j'avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits simples. J'ai dû faire plusieurs allers-retours entre différents bâtiments, alors qu'il était censé tout vérifier lui-même. Le soir même, il a refusé de commander le petit-déjeuner, prétextant qu'il n'y en avait plus, et le lendemain matin, nous étions les seuls clients (il ne voulait tout simplement pas préparer le petit-déjeuner pour deux). Cette fois-ci, j'étais déçue.

La literie est de bonne qualité, la superficie du studio est agréable. La kitchenette permet de prendre ses repas dans la chambre.

Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit. Nous avons récupéré les clés de la chambre dans un coffre mais nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver la chambre située dans un bâtiment éloigné de l' accueil. À notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avons dû contacter la personne d astreinte et retourner à l accueil pour récupérer un nouveau jeu de clés pour une autre chambre... le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas
