Very nice nature around the lodge. A lot of space and a beautiful architecture.

Laundry is for pay, some pool accessories should be renew or maintained better (mattresses, lighting)

Ruime woning, compleet ingerichte keuken. Alles aanwezig om langere tijd te kunnen verblijven. Moderne badkamers. Supervriendelijk personeel (dat in het bijgebouw woont), altijd benaderbaar en zeer behulpzaam.

De ligging van het huis is niet in de botanische tuin van de lodge, maar verderop in een buitenwijk, dat was voor ons een tegenvaller (geen wild in de tuin). De tuin is afgeschermd, maar je hebt wel buren (met blaffende honden en mensen die hout hakken enz) Het zwembad was half gevuld toen wij aankwamen, met vies en ondoorzichtig water. De eerste twee dagen hebben wij om die reden geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Uiteindelijk naar tevredenheid opgelost en kunnen genieten van het zwembad.

We had a nice room just by the reception, not very big but adequate. Staff was nice, the property was nice and the set dinner was nice. Dinner had to be booked in advance.

You had to order your breakfasts on arrival and it is difficult to decide what you want to eat a few days ahead. Sometimes you might want a full English, sometimes just yoghurt and scrambled eggs…
