Lovely guest house in stunning surroundings. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

What an awesome place, would have loved to have stayed longer. Saw zebra on the lawn while having a wine. Apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped. 3 course meal was a set meal but was amazing, highly recommend.

Great place with zebras

The property name and the photos let you to believe that the property is on Blyde river canyon when they are located in the bush near Hoedspruit lost at the end of a bad road. They say they are a four star but they have no service! We arrived at 18:30 PM. The place was not well lighten and not welcoming. We were ask to fill the forms and we had to decide if we wanted to have dinner and breakfast right away. Then they used there car to bring us to the bungalow and gave us very little info on facilities. Then they asked me to move my car for them to drive off when I was dealing with my luggage, no help for luggage’s and I needed to move my car first and then deal alone with the luggage’s. We had to rush and did not had time to refresh as there is one set menu and only one service at 7PM for dinner. No cell connection and very poor wifi. Our bungalow in the “resort” was just along a highway so you hear traffic all night long and not the African sounds of the bush. The air conditioning was not working and I had to sort it out because no one could help. So I won’t make the mistake of coming back there ever.

Nous avons réservé cet hotel par rapport à sa situation géographique mais à l'arrivée, on nous a envoyé dans une maison située à 10km de là. Nous avons donc fait 20km pour faire le check-in puis retour à la maison! L'hôtel sert un petit déjeuner mais il fallait refaire donc 10km, soit 30km au total... L'attitude désagréable de la gérante lors de mon étonnement. Maison de qualité mais peu d'équipement, pas même un sachet de thé ou café comme dans chaque hôtel en Afrique du Sud. Les zèbres présents sur les photos(pour lesquels nous avions fait la réservation) ne sont évidemment pas autour de la maison mais surement vers la réception (à 10km...)

All'arrivo ci hanno accolto un piccolo di zebra con la sua mamma che pascolavano tranquillamente sul prato antistante la piscina. La struttura è situata all'interno di un parco ed è suddivisa in bungalow in tipico stile africano, con tetti di paglia. Tutt'intorno alberi colossali ed enormi prati su cui si incontravano antilopi, impala, scimmie ed uccelli di ogni tipo. La camera, dotata di ogni comfort, era arredata secondo il gusto locale. Colazione ricca e gustosa, cena tipica raffinata e romantica. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, come tutto il personale.

Potrebbe essere utile aggiungere una tendina alla finestra del bagno.

Migliorerei :pulizia (a colazione il cibo era conservato male ) Sistemerei meglio le stanze (la mia era piccola e poco spaziosa )
