"Never ever book/stay at this “fancy named” hotel if you are visiting Munnar."

Poor hygiene, taste and everything one can imagine about food quality.

Everything was as worst as it could ever be. Rooms were dirty, linen was like rags & used and above all, they didn’t care to accept their poor services.
