Location and staff. They are helpful and nice.

The rooms need soundproofing, you can hear each and every sound from ground floor, from other rooms, from people in corridors, in your room. It is difficult to sleep at night and noises wake you up early morning. The kitchen closes at 9. Some days they choose to do a buffet and in that case you can’t order anything else at all. Things like sofa, air purifier etc mentioned on site are not present in room. We were four people and there were only two chairs in both the rooms combined.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is also quite good

The washroom was pretty small, had no exhaust fan, and the glass on the door was sprayed white to make it non-transparent, but the job was not done well and therefore if the lights were on inside the washroom, anyone standing outside could see the one sitting on the toilet, which is not very comfortable and private
