The staff was great and very helpful. Restaurant staff checked on us if we wanted dinner or breakfast. Everyone was super helpful

Washroom could be better but I guess our expectations were little high . But no complaints

Hot water works well during set hours.

Our car had an accident and we had to stay 3 hours longer than the checkout time to fix the car, they charged us half a days rent. The restaurant food wasn’t good, including coffee or tea. The windows and doors are too thin and you won’t be able to sleep at least until 12 am due to the noise from the road. You will hear the noise from the road again at 6:30 am. You can also hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms.

1. Room size, not spacious, felt congested. Good for a solo business trip. 2. No hot water at all times. Munnar has relatively cooler temperatures and needs hot water. 3. Food - don't dare to try here. Would rate 0/5. 4. Extra person not considered well. If not possible they shouldn't accept the booking.
