The property itself is visually beautiful, especially the gardens and outdoor areas. The location was convenient, many staff members were polite, and the facilities were generally clean and well maintained.

We stayed at Hotel Riu Palace Oasis from February 11–18, 2026 with our family and unfortunately experienced a very serious safety incident during our stay. On the day of check-in, while continuously inside the hotel property using the facilities, items were stolen from a crossbody pouch that was being worn at all times. The pouch contained a wallet and rental car key. Shortly after, an overseas payment attempt was made using our credit card, which was automatically blocked by the card company. This confirmed that the missing items were not simply “lost,” but had been used in an attempted fraudulent transaction. We remained inside the hotel property the entire time before the incident was discovered, moving only between the restaurant, walkways, and garden areas. Family photos taken shortly before the unauthorized transaction clearly showed the pouch fully closed. However, after receiving repeated fraud alerts and calls from Korea, we checked the pouch and found that the zipper had been opened and the contents were missing. We immediately reported the incident to the hotel and filed an official police report. What disappointed us most was not only the incident itself, but the lack of clear communication regarding security measures and CCTV review. Despite repeated requests, we were not provided with meaningful clarification about CCTV coverage or whether the relevant areas had been properly reviewed. As parents traveling with five young children, this experience significantly affected our sense of safety throughout the remainder of our stay. While the property itself is visually beautiful and many staff members were polite, we were ultimately left feeling that our concerns were treated with skepticism rather than genuine support. Based on our experience, I believe other travelers — especially families with children — should remain very attentive to personal security while staying here. We expected better security and support from a hotel at this price level.

La habitación amplia

Un desastre con lo del parking , tienen uno gratis pero es imposible encontrar sitio , además en la entrada quise conectar el coche eléctrico pero decían que solo 2 horas y que estaba ocupado ( tres sitios libres sin ocupar) , piscinas(3) muy pequeñas , bufé muy normalito para un 5 estrellas

El personal de buffet, da un trato exquisito. De la misma forma, todo el personal que sirve y cocina en cada isla del buffet. Muy atentos y de trato excelente. La comida inmejorable.

El horario de cena del buffet, termina muy temprano (para quienes somos españoles!)
