Location and the food options

The 1st room assigned to us had a bad smell and aircon was not working ok. On our 2nd day, elevator was broken until the 3rd day, and we were in the 5th floor, with seniors and kid.

Location was great since its near pretty much anywhere we wanted to go to like coffeeshops, restaurants, zoo, etc. And its pretty chilly. We also got a great view. One of our rooms had a bad internet connection though. We waited for hours for it to be fixed but ultimately was told they can only fix it in the morning. Had to request to be moved to a different room where there’s wifi, thankfully they have an available room although different and smaller from the one we booked. I noticed that the floor wasnt properly cleaned since I was barefoot and my feet turned black from all the dust it accumulated. Breakfast had very limited choices too. But other than that it was okay. The location is pretty good

The unit we stayed is a bit old. The air conditioner is noisy and we had issues with adjusting the temperature.

The room is so big and clean. We truly enjoy our stay. We’ll definitely go back. Thank you

Front desk service and area

Everything except front desk. The suite was so bad. Smelly and clogged shower drain. Moldy walls. Leaky Ac unit. Stuffy room. Poor state of kitchenware. Kitchen cabinet doors have swelled already due to water damage. Hotel staff were tired already. It should have been renovated and checked first before giving to guests. New management is not good. It was so nice before they took over. Stairs going to the buffet area is not safe specially during rainy season. I hope they improve.
