Crosswinds Resort Suites

The room was extremely spacious. The air conditioning was great. The room has a balcony too with great views. Due to the property being located on a hill, it's always windy and pleasant. They have a shuttle to take you around the property.

Language was a little bit of a barrier. The breakfast spread wasn't too great

Aircon sensor in the living room was not working hence could not control the temperature using the remote. Since the room was already freezing, we need to call maintenance for help. The only way to switch off the aircon was to turn off the main switch of the aircon from the circuit breaker panel.

I like the ambiance. The area looks like I am in Europe because of the architectural designs of buildings and the balance of buildings and trees around. It is also quiet and secured. The rooms are nice and clean and provides us view of the outside.

Basically the property is beautiful but some minor little details that the small plank dividing the room and sala in our suite is broken.

The area is accessible to local restaurants. There was no Internet connection and no hot water for shower; the bathroom door was broken which could pose a safety hazard, and the AC was blowing only fan air. These matters were brought to the front desk but only the AC issue was addressed. At checkout, they charged us for a small face towel that was allegedly lost. We had it deducted from the deposit but they gave us less than what should be refunded to us. We complained because the math was incorrect and they gave us back the entire deposit. I told the front desk that there was no Internet at all and no hot water for the shower and they still want to charge us for a lost small towel. I do not recommend staying at Crosswinds because guests will be out of touch from the outside world without the Internet. There was also no telephone or Internet at our room. The hallways and the furniture were dark.
