Water interruption, breakfast is ordinary, tv is not working, no available online cash transactions in the booth for restaurants.

Absolutely terrible rooms, mouldy the smell was foul and we found dirty mould and plants under the sink

The view from the balcony was pleasant, although the cleanliness of the balcony fell short of expectations. It is quite evident that the maintenance of the balcony has been neglected.

Although the view of the trees from the balcony was great, the view of the building structure was horrendous. Upon looking at the Crosswinds Hotel building from the window and balcony, it has been poorly maintained. The paint and water stains were so obvious that I can tell no one cares about the property. Moreover, the room was so old fashioned and not as clean as I expected it to be. Furthermore, to go to the breakfast area was challenging for my knees because I had to walk up a flight of stairs. This was a place not suitable for the elderly.

It's homey and value for the money. The staff were courteous. I asked for a birthday complimentary for my husband and they did a wonderful setup (video greeting and towel/balloon setup on the bed). Even though the suite has only 1 bathroom, I like the fact that it can be accessed through 2 doors (1 from 1 of the bedrooms and 1 from the living room). Lots of cabinets as well. Sofabed on the living room is also good! Breakfast selection is good enough.

Drainage of the bath tub and lighting in the kitchen could be improved. Also, downside is the pool (heated for the kids pool) and playground is far from the hotel but they have a shuttle service to and from it. Wifi connection is interrupted at times.
