Cant walk to Wanda Plaza without going on road. A bigger fridge would help

We stayed for 3 days in may and really enjoyed it. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the city centre and a shopping mall. The hotel seems a bit old, but that's not really a problem. Service was great, the staff spoke good English. Executive Lounge and breakfast were also great. We will come back!

Impressive welcoming lobby. Comfortable bedding. Great service, welcome fruit platter delivered even though I arrived past midnight due to flight delay. Breakfast had a good spread of local and western dishes. Gym was well equipped with a Smith machine.

조식이 기대이상으로 맛있었어용. 룸컨디션이나, 위치 모두만족, 다른 사람들에게도 난징호텔 추천해주고싶네요^^

The hotel facilities were very nice and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the toiletries provided too. When we ordered food delivery, the hotel also has a robot to bring it up to the room, which is very convenient!

This is probably one of the poorer Hilton experiences I've had. The hotel seemed to only cater well to domestic (Mainland Chinese) tourists; as international tourists, the experience was much more difficult. For example, the in-room dining menus required scanning a QR code on the wechat app. The concierge also did not speak very good english; this was ok since we also speak some mandarin but I see this being a problem for guests who speak no mandarin. Finally, the bath tub did not have hot water and we had to manually boil ~10 kettles of water to prepare the bath.

-unfriendly front desk (there were 2 staffs with better customer service, the rest was not friendly). -room with flying insects -room smelled like cigarette. we had to request to change room.
