Beadnell Towers Hotel

Beautiful room, although it was very hot, especially during the night, even though the weather was freezing outside. We found the fan in the wardrobe the next day, so we were happy on the 2nd night.

Craas Nest was the best room - beautiful copper bath, huge comfy bed, great shower, lovely views. Wonderful friendly staff, particularly Cameron and Chloe in the bar. Thank you for a great stay!

We came here on New Year’s Day, and it was very relaxing, really enjoyed our night. Beautiful building and decor, lovely and clean and most of all dog friendly ☺️

The only thing I would say is you could have problems getting parked as there isn’t a huge car park area, unless there is other parking available. We were fortunate to get a space straight away on our stay.

Only minor negative car parking a bit restricted had to park on road one night, but a minor inconvinience.

Friendliness of staff

Both were excellent. Room was perfect and better than we expected. Staff were brilliant and helpful. Bar area was well laid out. Cocktails and barman very good Meals were lovely.

Thought the cost for the dog was expensive. £25 for 1 night. We have a very small dog. I did expect a cost but thought it was included in the booking.

One chief found it impossible to cook tuna stake to my request even though the lovely service staff explained in three different ways. The same chief served cold par- boiled egg with liquid cold yolks with the raw tuna. One morning, the toaster didn't work. The same chief appeared to find it difficult to make toast for the few guests down for breakfast and kept them waiting. Other chiefs' food was excellent.
