"Traumhotel für entspannte Strandtage"

Ausgesprochen aufmerksamer Service, sowohl an Pool und im Rest der Anlage (Gärtner, Kellner, etc.) Wunderschöne, liebevolle Anlage mit dem großen Infinitypool als Highlight. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet mit wechselnden Tagesspecials. Gepflegter Strand mit langem, breitem Sandstrand - auch bei Ebbe!

Leider wurde unser Zimmer an beiden Tagen erst auf Rückfrage an der Rezeption am späten Nachmittag gereinigt und die Abendrunde (Bettfertig machen) wurde auch nur am letzten Abend durchgeführt. Nach der Rückfrage wurde es allerdings sofort erledigt.

Nothing only the swimming pool of the villas that it was nice and the rooms was clean But all the others service was worst from the room till the service

The quality is not equal to the price as it’s was defined in the website: from the check in was very late that the room was not ready on time after long hours of travel that I need to use my room on time that it’s was not , towels and bed linens have to be throw as it’s very old recommended to renew it, washroom was broken down, the amenities was completely separated from rooms building we need to cross the road and walk to reach the swimming pool and restaurant……etc , I did not like at all

Cok merkezi, duzenli ve kaliteli bir otel. Odalar genis. Kahvaltisi cesitli ve bol meyveli. Spa fiyatlari makul. Kiralik soforlu arac hizmetleri cok basarili.

Sevilmeyecek bir noktasi olmamakla beraber butun bali genelinde servis vb. hizmetler biraz yavas isliyor. Alisik oldugunuz hiz ulkede mevcut degil.

Service of the staff, promptness in resolving issues were excellent. Spa facilities were great. Morning breakfast was wonderful. Room was spacious and with a great view of the beach.

Definitely would love to see better dining experience. Given that there are not many restaurants nearby, it is disappointing that the menu in the sole restaurant on the premises is lacking. We were looking for vegetarian fare, and there was none.
