Convenient location

The accommodation across the street seems extremely worse vs the main building while the price is just as high. Staff is indifferent, the towels & room do not look clean (I see stains on the cupboard above my desk), and someone simply come in to clean up the room early in the morning while I was still sleeping, which is irritating.
