GreenTree Extended Stay Eagle/Vail Valley

Dirty luggage carts. Hair on linens. A/C rattling loudly. Dirty dishes. Filthy coffee maker. No vent in bathroom. Bathtub floor feels like it is going to cave-in. No breakfast or coffee as advertised. Fees charged to credit card with no explanation. General Manager cannot be bothered to respond to emails or concerns. This negative review could have been avoided if the GM would have cared enough to answer calls and emails. Terrible experience overall.

Room smelled funny, like chemicals or something that might have been used to cover up smoking. the Beds were very comfy and we slept well. Booked room anticipating Breakfast was to be served. Not the case. Not even a pot of coffee going in the morning. This was bush.

Horrendous front desk staff the evening of 7/19 at 7:15 pm. It was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. We had three rooms reserved. My brother was the last to check in and waited at the front desk for 30 minutes along with two other guests. We tried calling the hotel over and over with no answer. Finally I started to walk around to see if I could find any staff. A few minutes later a lady walked out of an office down the hall and I asked “do you work here?” She was immediately confrontational with “yeah, I’m the front desk, what do you want”. What do I want?! When we said that we had been waiting for 30 minutes, she responded with “you’re not on my cameras and I was checking the mail, if you want to stay somewhere else, leave” One guest immediately left. She was literally yelling at us telling me that if I’m already checked into my room, I should be in it already and not waiting with my brother. At one point my brother actually asked if we were on candid camera cause it was so over the top rude. She then left again and went into the office and came back with an iPad to show us that the cameras weren’t working. But oh, how I wish they were cause it was wild!!

It was a family road trip, had 4 rooms booked there,, we got to the hotel and no one at front desk we waited for about 20 minutes and a lady come out from the back, and started yelling at us that the WiFi was down and she didn’t know we were there, by then more customers had arrived, and said they had reservations and the desk clerk told them she didn’t care if they went somewhere else, just a totally unexpected situation, my son had a room there also, he actually ask if we were on candid camera, other then that the hotel is pretty nice, thank you.

Convenient

There was no breakfast for my stay after they claim to have complementary breakfast. There were also additional fees once I arrived.

The rooms are nice with kitchenettes. Wish they had had more cooking utensils/plates.

The room looked ok until I pulled back the sheets on the bed to find some stains, hair, a pube, and a candy wrapper. The phone had what appeared to be dried semen all over it. They gave me a new room which smells musty kind of like cigarette and mold mixture. All the dresser drawers were open which is weird. This bed also had filthy sheets, hair all over under the cover. The refrigerator has yellow liquid in the bottom and the phone in this room is filthy.

It what was shown as 2 star and i believe its 4 i had everything needed the place was just the breakfast was disappointing for the dinning area they had thats all
