Please note that the hotel offers return transfers to and from Rarotonga Airport for NZD$50 return per person. You must provide their flight details, including arrival and departure times, at the time of booking by completing the Special Request box. This is very important to ensure the transfer shuttle will be at the airport to meet you and also because the hotel’s reception is not open 24 hours a day. Please note that all requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Additional charges apply at 50% of the nightly room rate. Guests are welcome to contact the property for more information using the contact details on the booking confirmation. We process deposits 5-7 days from booking, there will be a fee of 4% added to all cc payments to cover the bank processing. Check‑in Age: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. Pet Policy: The property hosts an animal refuge with 11 donkeys, 1 horse, 1 dog, 4 cats, hens, and geese who roam freely on site. Pets are allowed only upon prior request and at an extra cost of €5 per night. For the comfort of other guests and the safety of our rescued animals, pets must be kept on a lead outside at all times. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals (“Assistance Animals”) are welcome at all properties and must be declared at check‑in. Pets are also permitted; however, charges may apply.
