Overall experience was good, just missing was lift facility. Person has to pass through rains for reaching reception from rooms.

i was stay in this hotel march'13 and fully satisfied room , service and staff so nice

Facilities are good but only concern is that rooms are not sound proof. We were gettig lot of sounds of outside but we go to sleep.

The staff is courteous and friendly and the rooms are also clean.However,the swimming pool is a big disappointment as it is very small and dirty.Also,the food is very expensive.One can easily get good food outside at a cheaper price.The management is very rigid in terms of check out time and does not even give extension of few hours even when there is not full occupancy.One plus point is its location as ir is very centrally located.

Don't go on pics of hotel provided here. Hotel is not maintained.

Expedia Rates Very Good 4.5 ;;; Aha.... First Experience: Entered the hotel parking area and the place is too small to park an SUV. The watchman comes shouting not to parallel park. After telling him that we are staying in the hotel and talking and convincing him for 10 mins that the road is small and the moving vehicles may hit the vehicle, he lets us park near the restaurant entrance. What a welcome!!!!!! Room: The Balcony of the Room given to us opens to a slum. The sliding door is not sound proof. There are huge gaps at the bottom and the side. Children crying from the slum is the wake up call and fights are regular site. The noise level after closing the doors is too much. ROOM SERVICE SUCKS..... Call the house keeping for a pillow and he directs to us call the receiption. Breakfast: The package includes breakfast buffet Veg. There are no fruits. The taste is very mediocre. The spread is very very small. Agreed that this is a budget hotel but at least they have to provide some service for the money.. It takes 4 calls to the reception to get some thing to the room. The staff are not bothered The only good thing of the hotel is the location. The beach is 5 min walk and the road leading to the beach has a lot of good restaurants. There's a spa opposite the hotel and the spa is very good. If you want a place to sleep then get this hotel or you can try the small hotels not liisted in websites which are close to this hotel. Those are value for money than this.

Good but not excellent.....services are not good. It was not a good experience to be there. Communication facility is not available and non veg foods are not available.

As per the rates i found below expectation.room was dirty when we checked in,even within 2 days of stay no cleanliness only when requested they did. Location of hotel was good near to Calangute Beach. Location of room phone was near tv away from bed which was quite painful during room service order

Good hotel, reasonable price. Need to have baby pool, rest all other nice. staff is polite, all together every thing is good.

Hotel is pure veg. Food is excellent. About room , its good but through expedia got a back side room. I feel because of disconts they are providing throughtexpedia. tTey dont provide front view room for them. Loacationwise this hotel is near to beach 10 mins walking.
