A very courteous and helpful staff, be it the restaurent, reception or the house-keeping. The veg food in the restaurent is the best I had in Goa.

Hotel is situated at d best location. The staff is very good and fast in delivery. Good option for Vegetarians.

My husband and I booked this hotel based on the general reviews of this Hotel. It was written a 3-star hotel. Unfortunately, it was merely a lodge feeling. The staffs and the receptionist were least bothered about serving us. The rooms werent clean ,infact my husband had to remind them to clean it. After one day stay, we moved out and stayed in 19 belo cabana which was near by. Trust me, Its not worth the cash and definitely not a 3 star !!Merely a 1star !!

It was in a good location, for beach road access, money exchange, Kerker Art, etc. It had a nice artistic theme going on, but the photos make it look a bit better than it actually is. The room was clean when I arrived, but they did not clean the room once in the five nights I was there. I had to ask for towels. Laundry service was expensive, the front desk were courteous, and the manager was helpful on my last day, allowing me to take a shower after I'd checked out, before heading to the airport. It was vegetarian, and the free breakfast was not really a bonus to me, and the coffee was very weak, though they did have a coffee maker in the room, so I bought instant and was able to make a cup first thing. The in room small refrigerator was nice, also. It was okay, but I think it was a bit high priced. A good place to land for a couple of days, though, if you wanted to then look for an alternative.

The hotel ius located 45-60 minutes from Goa Airport depending of the traffic. The hotel and the rooms looks better at the pictures shown than in real life. The neighbourhood is a little bit noisy, however, the hotel is situated close to various shops, restaurants, bars, ATM's and supermarkets. TAXI's and TucTuc's was always available in few minutes, however, agree the price before the tour starts. I did not see anything in the description of the hotel that the restaurant, and the breakfast, was pure vegitarian.
