Amazing hotel. One of the best views on the island. Service cannot be matched, it's 5 star treatment. Fantastic breakfast served every morning to the room terrace. Wonderful.

Stayed here for a week and loved every minute! It's perched on too of the highest point in Akrotiri so our room had the best views if the caldera. Our room had a mezzanine and two balconies which meant we could enjoy the views even more. The staff we very friendly and couldn't do enough for us and the hotel areas and rooms were kept spotless. There was an ambiance of absolute calm at all times which made it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast could be served in the restaurant, by the pool or on your own terrace which was a lovely touch and there was something different everyday. The restaurant menu was also very tasty and reasonably priced. The views from the hotel were some of the best I've seen making the sunsets superb, to get this view though it was atop of a steep hill from the Akrotiri square. This was fine for us but some may want to hire a car, we just had an extra glass of wine to propel us in the evening! There is a great bus service from the square which is a great way to travel, it stops at around 9.30pm though so we just caught a taxi from wherever we were. I loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone!

We spent 6 nights here from 16th July, 2013. We couldn't fault the service and friendliness of the staff. They were helpful with their recommendations of where to go and what to see. The room was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to have upper floor room with small living area and dining and steps that led upstairs to the bedroom on a mezzanine. The views from the hotel were amazing. The photos on the website were very accurate and as beautiful as shown. I would happily stay here again and would gladly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in a quieter area of the island. Although it was around 15 - 20 minutes in a taxi to Fira, it was worth the drive for shopping, restaurants and views and then to return to The Kalestesia Suites and relax by the pool with a couple of cocktails. We loved the time we spent at at this family hotel. Food and drinks reasonable price and good portions. Hope to return again soon to this beautiful part of the world.
