Comfortable bed cosy room for one just to sleep.

Although it was a single bed could do with a double duvet as when you turn over in the night it goes with you.

Welcoming and friendly staff. The room was clean & tidy with an ensuite shower room. Breakfast had good portions and was cooked to order, also well presented. The means to make tea and coffee in the room. Small TV & hairdryer. A perfect location for a beach holiday. In walking distance of the shopping centre, train station and buses!

I have no complaints. I was treated very well.

Very welcoming very comfortable stay would stay again and would recommend if you want to stay in Weymouth give them a call great hosts thank you.

The only thing I could fine to complain about is how far away from the property you have to park as it permit holders only but other than that everything was great👏👏👏

The outstanding feature of this guesthouse is the charming and attententive Oly who could not have done more to make me feel a valued and welcome guest. He provided a vegan cooked breakfast, hot and well presented, with fresh good quality coffee. Oly was a star host : ever smiling and gracious. My single room on the first floor was clean, simply furnished and comfortable with a handbasin and small ensuite shower room/w.c. One road back from the lovely beach and seafront, next to a noisy main road, but quieter at night. The bedding could be updated but all adequate for my needs as a base for a short walking holiday. The railway station is a 20 minute walk into town along the promenade.
