Hakone Hisui

サービスも行き届いていて、ゆったりとした空間で本当にのんびり出来ました。お部屋のアメニティも充実、ドリンクやお菓子などもとても満足するものでした。

Just stayed 1 night here as couple & found Hakone Hisui to be a great choice. Free undercover parking was a big plus as we arrived during a huge rain downpour. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly with a gentleman greeting us as soon as we exited the carpark lift to direct us inside to reception. Check in was fast & efficient with a good run down of all amenities (in English which was unexpected). We had arranged dinner outside the hotel so reception easily organised us a cab to pick us up for travel to the restaurant. Our room (standard triple western style) was stunning. Huge room including balcony & very modern with everything you need. The onsen was lovely - I had a very reasonably priced massage which was great. The actual hot baths are very clean & well designed. The general area of the Onsen including reading room & attached gardens are all beautifully laid out. The hotels common areas are all very clean & modern. The one disappointment we had was the the lounge bar doesn't open until 8pm (this may just be weeknights) as we would of liked to of enjoyed a drink before we left for dinner. Would highly recommend as a great medium priced Hakone hotel.

First of all, it's the worst hotel I have visited to in terms of service. No english menu available for the room service and also what kind of hotel requires a guest to make a reservation for dinner? The map which provides information for different restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel is very inaccurate. Plus the staff who works in front of the restaurant couldn't understand english at all and he had to bring his colleague for help. All this in a 5 star hotel. Totally not worth.

Amazing, attention to detail and personal service outstanding, room 6 star, onsen amazing and so easy to get to and from Gora and Yumoto

Can easily get there by one bus ride from Odawara station and will be covered by the Hakone Free Pass and only about 10 mins to lake Ashi via the same bus. Rooms were large with excellent amenities. The concierge/reception was very helpful and even shown us a map of where to eat nearby and their opening times as well. The Kaiseki course at the hotel was also very good. Would recommend this place to anyone.

It was such a beautiful property and everything was extremely well taken care of. The staff were so polite and even though some had trouble with English did everything they could to help. We had teppanyaki at the restaurant and tried the Japanese menu. The sashimi was the best I've ever had and the wagyu beef was incredible. Afterwards we went in the private onsen for a small fee and had such a relaxing experience. The water was like silk! Our suite was massive and the beds extremely comfortable. I hope if I ever return to Japan I will have a chance to experience this again.

From start till end, it was a very wonderful experience. Staffs, especially Ms Asuka, was very attentive to details and our needs, even came into our room to explain what they had for room service in English as menu was written in Japanese. Hotel managed to arrange for our heavy luggage to be delivered to our next hotel easily without any complaints. The room was outstanding, very clean and spacious and comes with a balcony and a private onsen! Hotel is just 5-10mins walk to a bustop which has a bus that goes to Odawara station.

全てにおいて心配りが出来ている素晴らしい場所です。朝食のみのリクエストでしたがとても美味しくいただきました。お部屋のお風呂も広く温泉で朝ゆっくり入りました。バスローブもあり寛ぐことが出来ます。

館内は全て清潔感があり、大変快適でした。しかし、館内レストランはどちらかと言うと年配の方向けのメニューばかりで、見合うだけの金額ではない気がしました。そのかわり、近所の有名精肉店でローストビーフなどをテイクアウトし、今までで一番おいしいローストビーフでしたので、そちらがオススメです。朝ご飯には系列の甲子園のレストランのブッフェに行きましたが、そちらは品数も多くおいしかったです。

하네다 공항에서 고속버스로 한번에 갈 수 있는 곳으로 한적하고 조용하여 휴식에 좋음 주변식당 및 편의시설은 부족함 객실시설은 넓고 깨끗하고 훌륭함 스파는 탕의 규모는 크지 않으나 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있음 레스토랑 음식이 참 맛있었음
