The host was very friendly and welcoming. I have a gluten intollerance and there was a range of breakfast options available for me. My room was very comfortable with an ensuite bathroom.

A wonderful and welcoming weekend's stay in beautiful accommodation, thank you Susan. Our room was comfortable, exceptionally clean and warm. Our full English breakfasts were delicious and we also enjoyed another tasty option of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, all freshly cooked. The entire accommodation was beautiful and included a guest's sitting room; secure car parking spaces were provided on site. The property was ideally located in the centre of Ibstock, close to Leicester, other places of interest and lots of country-based pubs offering a range of menu choices. We will definitely be staying again, and are already planning to contact Susan early next year.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike at all.
