Excellent breakfast, good location, comfortable room. Interesting house history. Plenty of parking just along the street.

"How Guest Houses should be run"

This is an example of how Guest Houses should be run! The detailing was exceptional, even down to the small scissors on the table for cutting open sachets. Very central location.

This guesthouse is a gem. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and stylish. The house, the furniture, even the floors and the ceiling breathe the athmosphere of ancient navy battles. Breakfast is freshly cooked by Clive, and Maria will make sure that you get everything you need before you start your hike on the south-west coast path. Oh, en Lynton and Lynmouth are very pittoresque and definitely worth a visit or even a longer stay.
