St Vincent Guest House

The location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

The property was lovely and clean ,the hosts were lovely and breakfast excellent

Unfortunately the otherwise very good Guest House was sadly let down by the standard of my small room and tiny private bathroom which is in serious need of updating and refurbishment (broken door lock, shower control bar loose, broken boarding to side of sink etc). For the high rate paid I expected better, which is a shame as I suspect all other rooms may be of a higher standard and all other aspects of my stay were very good.

This place is just fine. Don’t judge the entrance by the scaffolding. The owner has lot of personality. The room was beautiful and breakfast was similarly high quality. Lynton and Lynmouth was fun to explore and Exmoor is right next door

Gave them a call as I was having difficulty finding the property and they had a pot of tea ready when I arrived. Lovely breakfast
