Bridge End Hotel

Great team, really friendly and the room was lovely. Breakfast was first class too!!

The Family Room was comfortable. Good gluten free menu, nice food, lovely breakfast.

No loo rolls!!! Sadly after asking 3 times, loo rolls were still not delivered. Extremely loud live music which ruined an otherwise good meal. We asked if it could be turned down and the young male member of staff said no. When I asked the entertainer he had no idea it was so loud. This pub/hotel gets the little things wrong. We went elsewhere for a dessert and drinks. The carpets leading to bedrooms are dirty. Room was clean.

The hotel was very clean all the staff were very friendly and helpful.the breakfast was the best I have had and that is saying something after being in the building trade for over 50 years.we will stay again very soon highly recommended.

Room was fine for one person, but would have been too small for two. Bed a little hard for me.

Location was great - in centre of Llangollen. Staff were great and friendly, especially with our toddlers in the restaurant when they were having big emotions. We booked 2 rooms separately as i couldn't confirm i could join in initially, and our rooms were opposite each other which was a lovely touch. Decor was up to date and chic. Room very clean. Despite being by main road and busy pub downstairs - it was quiet and calm in the room. Comfortable decor and furnishings, made it an excellent stay.

Only down side was lack of parking on site - but not insurmountable. Staff directed to car park that is very closeby.

Location in the niddle of town, nickely decorated ,efficient an friendly staff great breakfast.
