Easy to find, modern interior and very clean throughout, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a long time 5*

It’s hard to find a negative thing to say, our stay was very pleasant overall

Conveniently located. Modern inside. Comfortable rooms. Great food.

Lack of onsite parking, which wasn’t obvious at the time of booking. Car park however was only a few minutes walk away.

Staff not very helpful, room to small, had been upgrade at some point but the rest of the hotel quite chabby, especially the stairs carpet which was filthy! Breakfast poor after a long wait! Went out for dinner as the food on offer looked very bland & came back after dinner at 9-45 pm and asked for a drinks which the bar person looked straight at the clock and said you can have one drink without a smile ….

Good location & clean & great food

They took payment twice & took a week for the so called pending one to go back in my account. This has never happened before in 20 years

The staff were very helpful,,effiecent,informative especially Denise . The food was excellent especually the breakfast ! Nice view of the river very close to the high street great stay !!!!

No parking at the hotel a car park not too far away but not good in the rain !!!
