Ocean Spray Apartments

I was upset about the room when we arrived, bc it looks NOTHING like what I saw online. No colorful decor/linen at all… everything was white. It was kinda scary at first… then we just made the best of our stay after we saw the ocean view, that was the best part. There were no place to get food, no atm, no snack machine, etc. The bed online stated that it was Tempur-pedic and it was the worse bed I ever slept on. Some days we didn’t have hot water. Again, besides the ocean view it’s nothing good I can say about this property.

It’s not worth the money.

We’ve had a lovely stay at the Ocean Spray apartments. Yes the apartment was uber basic but the balcony and sea view made up for that. Cleaner did only come in once and we had to ask for a toilet roll every other day 😂 that’s my only complaint. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the apartment grounds where the breeze and ocean spray made the heat bareable ❤️ All in all we have been very happy with Ocean Spray. Rochelle on reception was always extremely pleasant and catered to anything we asked of her ❤️ thank you 🙏 Buffys mini mart has all the essentials and his bar is a lovely place for a night cap! Would definitely recommend hiring a car due to the location. For $70 a day it works out cheaper than getting taxis!

No wash clothes and bathroom was in poor condition.

Ocean spray apartments are an absolute dream! The staff was wonderful and helpful, and the area around is stunning. The restaurant is currently being built but my husband and I checked out the local markets close by and found lots of food to make ourselves with fresh eggs, fruit and bread. There are tons of bus stops that can take you all over the island if you dont want to rent a car, if you ask the bus drivers they will always either take you to where you need to go, or point you in the best direction possible. The beaches nearby are amazing for swimming and sunbathing. Our experiences in Barbados were second to none and i highly recommend staying with Ocean Spray Apartments!

Loved how our room was very close to the sea. Lots of cool sea breeze.

We enjoyed our stay and felt OSA offered above the bare minimum, it was good value, comfortable and in a decent location. We were disappointed to learn that the restaurant was closed but we would love to return when the renovation has been completed. Many Thanks.

The hotel is not as advertised. No microwave. No restaurant on site. The only restaurant for miles around is in another hotel where we waited an hour for expensive food in USD. The room is basic with uncomfortable wood chairs. No hot water in the shower. When we checked out the front desk lady was very nice but could not get us a taxi to the airport as everyone she called was busy. I used Carribean pickup app on my phone and had a taxi in 4 minutes!

BEWARE !!! Pictures are old & deceiving! Rusty, Crusty, Leaky and does NOT have all the basic amenities. No towels, clothes hangers, etc. Restaurant not open. I reserved and paid for 11 nights. So bad that we stayed just 1. They refuse refunds! Even my credit card company couldn't get a refund!!! Total thievery and a scam !!!
