The location is very good having stayed here four times. Front of house staff pleasant and a good start.

This hotel in the past was a great place to stay now it's in great need of a good clean-up house keeping is poot showers need a good scrubbing. Tile floors in the rooms look grubby. The breakfast area so poorly maintained l didn't eat most days so untidy floors with food all over the place and staff no concerned about tidy up more interested in playing on mobile phone's. Very disappointed.

Location Seminyak

Poor customer service, the housekeeping staff stole my money in the room. And when I reported the receptionist was so hard on me raising his voice and screaming at me.
