"Absolutely a nightmare"

really nothing, booked for 8 days but l left after 1 day

Room very small and old, bathroom smallest l have ever seen, but very very dirty. Shower produced hardly any water and was unbelievable dirty. Bed very uncomfortable .and MICE in the hallway!!!!

"Look for another hotel don’t stay here"

Location is good but it ends at that!

The place is rundown there’s minimal maintenance. staff are unhelpful. I wanted to get two keys one for myself and one of my partner that was not an option Staff and don’t care

"Low standard and filthy hotel"

Apart from hotel location everything was low standard

Water in bathroom wash basin and shower area was clogging. Despite notified reception staff, no action taken. Filthy toilet and wash basin, strains everywhere even after room cleaning request made. Cleaners need to be trained to do there job well. Bedroom main door lock steel frame and switch board were too loose, felt scared as can fall any time. Hotel rooms not maintained well, which shows really low quaility and low standard of hotel. At checkin time, male staff at reception was not very welcoming. Security staff or reception staff never smile and never say hello to guest, which shows disrespect. Breakfast buffet was cold and flies on cutted fruits, low standard of hygiene.
