Very clean, close to the beach. The owners were really lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. Willing to offer anything you wanted for breakfast. An all round top place to be.

Nothing to dislike apart from noisy seagulls!

"A gem of a guest house"

From the moment we stepped across the threshold to this amazing guest house, we were looked after by Annie and Alex.this guest house is filled with love and hard work. We would highly recommend you stay here when visiting Scarborough. Our room was amazing, clean , and comfortable with a lovely hot shower , we loved our breakfast, and my wife opted for porridge while I had the full English, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Annie and Alex are the friendliest of hosts who will make your stay here so enjoyable.

Having to leave for our homeward journey.

Annie and Alex were the perfect hosts, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the guest house was very clean and the breakfast was excellent, all in all a lovely stay.
