the hosts Alex Annie where the kindest real people i have met in a long time from the minute i arrived till i had to leave they were kind full of advice and went the extra mile the beds are to die for i did not want to leave but work calls food oh my god the best breakfast this place is spotless and wait safe also you meet some good people here dean made my trip the most lovely man a real gent ask about dean safe travels

The hosts Annie and Alex were so friendly and welcoming. They gave us so much information about Scarborough. Nothing was too much trouble. Room really comfortable and spotlessly clean. House is full of character and in a great spot with free street parking. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Will definitely go back a as bd would strongly recommend.

"Amazing stay!"

Such welcoming hosts, they had a personal touch to ensure that I had a great stay and this was the case with other guests I met too. Fantastic breakfast, clean, and comfy beds that were much needed following a clifftop hike. The parking permit was much appreciated too, great location as its just a few minute walk into Peasholm Park. I'll definitely stay again in the future. 😀

Annie and Alex are a fabulous couple, and run the B&B with true passion. Greeted very warmly on arrival. Every account was taken of my breakfast choice. Both A&A were happy to share many ideas of places to see in the area, and restaurants to try. They are delightful hosts.

Alex and Annie are exceptional hosts , nothing was too much trouble . Incredibly nice people who make you so welcome . Breakfasts are great too A+++. Thanks again and see you soon hopefully on my next visit to Scarbados 🤣😂
