Location

Needed some cosmetic updating windows needed a deep clean as the when opened they were full of muck Also lots of pigeons roosting behind bathroom window making such a noise

Location,clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Parking can be a bit of a problem as there are only three parking spaces.

The hotel has a great view of the sea and train station. It is very close to everything you need. The hotel is lovely and the staff are lovely. The breakfasts are amazing

We liked being able to let ourselves in with room check-in earlier than most guest houses and hotels. The breakfast was good and taken early so we could catch an early train. We didn't expect and didn't mind the small kitchenette in the rooms.

Unfortunately we were woken by workmen outside the front of the guest house trying to read a meter at 06.00 on a Saturday. One of our rooms did smell of cigarette smoke which we couldn't clear.
