The location, the room, the cleanliness of the whole building, the breakfasts, the staff - nothing was too much trouble for them

An ongoing stench coming from the bathroom, which I realised was coming from the bathroom sink. A member of staff put something down the drain which alleviated it. Once that was done at least I got a good night's sleep on the third night.

The breakfast available every morning was absolutely wonderful. The room being on the bottom floor right next to the breakfast room was a big help due to one of us having difficulty with stairs. The room was big, beautiful, well appointed, and had everything we needed.

Honestly, we're having a hard time thinking of any way in which the Blenheim didn't exceed our expectations. The shower stall was rather cramped for a stout person, and the bathroom in general didn't have much room to move around... and there could have been more towel racks? That's the best we can do for things we didn't like. Sorry!

The noise from the road and trains. The shower/tap water pressure was poor, the bed was small.

Location was perfect for us as we had travelled by train. Room was perfect, comfortable bed and sofa.

Comfortable bed was too high....as an older person it was difficult to climb in and out!
