Pretty much everything! It was located right by the train station, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely staying here again the next time I go to Dawlish!

Well, the shower was a little small. That’s about it.

The breakfasts were phenomenal! Hi quality, sausage, bacon, golden yolks, buttered griddled toast! Room was clean, comfy and a nice big bed. Kitchenette clean and functional.

The ensuite was tiny! I nearly knocked myself out on the basin just drying my legs and my knees were nearly against the sliding door when sat on the loo..

I stayed at the Blenheim with family and as a result had access to a room on each floor. Each was spacious, with fantastic light and a kitchenette. The bathrooms were great. The hot breakfast options were surprisingly numerous and very good. I stayed in Seaside room (?) on the 3rd floor and it had great views of Dawlish, the train station and water!!

I slept fine but the bed was just a bit too soft for my liking. Didn't bother me but the train tracks are RIGHT there but seldom ran when I was sleeping.

Rooms were spotless and fully furnished. Amazing breakfasts. Good central location
