Location is great, very central and right by the sea. Lots of transport links. Rooms were good value for our weekend stay. Staff were friendly. Check in was very easy.

Slight issue with cleanliness; shower had a bit of grime in the soap tray, a couple of hairs spotted in the bathroom, and a stain spotted on the bed sheet/one of the towels.

"Good for a short break in Dawlish, poor shower."

The Hideaway (rear ground floor room) is a good size room with kitchenette (includes, kettle, toaster & microwave), reasonably comfortable bed and a clothes airer. Great cooked breakfast.

The shower - it's either cold or too hot, very difficult to get a comfortable temperature.

Die Lage ist super. Es gab ein außergewöhnliches Frühstück, von super freundlichen Gastgebern frisch zubereitet. Alles in allem lässt es keine Wünsche übrig. Mehr geht nicht.

The property is well placed, right next to the station. It is in walking distance of dawlish beach and dawlish warren. The rooms are nicely decorated and have all the amenities you need. Now the best part of the Blenheim is the breakfast. Between me and my partner we tried everything. And all I can say is wow!! Their breakfast is just amazing. The ladies that cook and take the orders are just lovely. The whole place is so welcoming from the staff to the people that stay there. There are no lifts, so if you struggle with stairs, probably be better to get a lower level room.

The fact we had to leave.
