The Blenheim

Have stayed before and returned several years later. The high standards still remain, beautiful rooms and a very good choice of breakfast. As a solo traveller without transport I like that it's position is close to transport link. Although appreciate that not everyone would want to be so close to the railway but then you need to do your homework before booking.

Nothing at the Belmont but would advise travellers to Dawlish that many eateries close early out of season.

Dirty shower head and although described when booked " quiet time " very noisy shouty room next door. I had to leave early and was very disappointed in the breakfast option, I had gluten free bread provided ,which was very lovely but no toaster in the room

My second time at The Blenheim It did not disappoint 👏

Communication was great, transport (bus and train, taxis are about, too) is just across the road, and a great variety of eateries are all around. The bed was very comfy, and the breakfasts have been fabulous! I've had something different every morning as part of the B&B, and everything has been delicious! I'm gluten-free, and with only one exception, everything could be GF. That was such a delight for me, when, in both Australia & UK so far, in even fine dining places, there may only be one or two options for my needs. My husband is a coffee and food snob because his own skill level & care factors are high, but he has loved all his breakfasts, too, and even enjoyed the coffee. Trust me, that is high praise indeed! I will add that between the end of the bed and the wall, there was plenty of space for us both to have our suitcases opened out flat, and still have plenty of room to walk around. A rarity! I'm This has been our very first B&B experience, and if this is normal for B&B's, were in! The staff have been gorgeous, and we have loved all the hints & tips they've shared.

Another Wonderful Stay! Another wonderful stay at the Blenheim. This is our second stay at the property. Everything,as before was perfect. Ali and her team really do a good job and are so welcoming.We stayed in the downstairs accommodation called "The Hideaway " This is good for us as we both have mobility issues.The room is self contained,with an En Suite shower and toilet.There is also a small kitchenette with a Kettle,Microwave,Toaster and Fridge. There is also a good quality Flatscreen HD TV.The room has twin beds,a table and 2 chairs,and a 2 seater sofa.The only downside (not that it bothered us)there is no view. The property also has good quality WI-FI.The Breakfasts in the morning are amazing,highly recommended. There is a very good choice:from Cereals to a Full English.There are other options as well,such as Pancakes. Accessibility is good,with parking nearby.Right on the front at Dawlish with access to all the amenities. Once again,thank you Ali & team,see you next year.(I have booked). 2 Satisfied customers.

Lovely clean rooms and facilities, amazing breakfast with lots of choices. We were celebrating a special birthday and the owners left us a lovely cream tea hamper which was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend and will be definitely be booking again.
