Smelt of weed, was not cleaned, mold everywhere, cleaner only had sheets no cleaning equipment

Its was spacious and clean and contained everything we needed. And location if the room was perfect.

Nothing.

lovely stay .early free check in which was great for going to the races.

Near the city center

The sockets by the bed were not working. There was a musty smell. There was an extra door from the office to the bathroom, which caused discomfort.

The location was good and has shops locally

I was not sent a code prior to my arrival and did not recieve a code despite calling. My friend was sent the code, but nowhere on the booking was his number given

The room was an absolute joke. Standing at the centre of the room I could reach everything, fridge, bed, toilet, shower. Paint in the walls was falling apart, rug was dirty. No cabinet or anything to put the clothes. Wall were paper thin so you could hear every time some opened a door or conversations on the corridor. Mini fridge was noisy, and it was only 50cm away from the bed. No room for anything at all. Possible the worst value for money I've ever experienced.

Door entry system, much easier than fumbling with combination on keyboxes! Friendly person on phone talking through entry. Shower surprisingly good.Yorkshire Teabags! No messing here.

A bit dated and grubby round the edges but at that price, it'll more than do for me.
