Really helpful staff; good communication via email and in person; clean room; cosy; brilliant location from the city centre; tea and coffee in the room; TV worked well

Booking.com said the parking was free, which it isn’t. £7 for parking close to the city centre is very reasonable but Booking.com need to update their information.
