Nothing at all. Awful establishment

The management was unresponsive and did not give us a way to enter the property! We stayed our bags in the bushes for a few hours (there were beer cans, cigarettes and TOILET PAPER in the bushes) despite having been told we could leave our bags between 11-12:00. We then came back during the checkout window and waited outside for a half hour before we were finally let in by two other guests who were LEAVING due to the state of the property. There is no reception desk so the management works virtually and it is nearly impossible to get ahold of them. The rooms were dirty, the other guests were unpleasant and made us all feel unsafe, the location was not even good and we were forced to book another hotel. Do not stay here.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating with a last minute change. The location was really good, 15 minute walk to city centre .

The scruffy finish of the room, the holes in the wall of the shower. Although clean and did what I needed (somewhere to lay my head) the general appearance was worn and in need of good maintenance

Easy self check in no problems, clean room everything we needed

Curtains wasnt blackout so become very light in the room
