"It was good but alot more could be done."

Staff great and really helpful. Nice new clean bathroom. Bedroom very dusty behind things. Broken / loose socket next to bed. Missing bedside lamp.

Room was cold in evening, little portabe heater took forever to warm up.

I certainly enjoyed full cooked breakfast in a clean and tidy room served by Kayleigh so nice to be greeted by a smiling face first thing in the morning

"This was the only hotel available. It served the purpose of visiting family."

The location suited us because of visiting family over festive period. We were able to get an early check in.

The room was cold and the bathroom was freezing. We had to rely on an oil heater. Servicing the room was poor- no toilet paper left one day. Towels not enough to go round. Breakfast cold filter coffee. There was a lack of heating last year also and cold filter coffee.
