"Will definitely be going back."

Location from town/beach was just enough for a stroll after breakfast and for going out for an evening meal. The room we had, had everything we needed. The hostess, Vicky, went above and beyond for me to arrange a little surprise for my partner.

Very well appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable and fantastic service everything you could need was available to you. The owner was super friendly and helpful and I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

"The Jewel in the Crown"

This is a rare gem of a guest house. Ideally situated for all Blackpool s main attractions. Vicky is the perfect host. This is probably the friendliest place I've ever stayed. It was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts sustained me for most of the day.

Vicky the owner is so kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, great finishing touches in the room with dressing gowns, coffee machine and lots of different toiletries supplied

"Short break in Blackpool."

Vicky was a great host, warm , friendly & extremely helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean throughout.Great breakfast cooked to order. Wide choice of cereals etc. Freshly brewed pot of tea or coffee & hot toast. We had a lovely spacious room, very comfy bed. Tea, coffee making facilities in room. Beautiful bathroom , excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Shower jell, body creams etc.,

Nothing for us to dislike. We were more than happy with everything.
