"An excellent guest house"

Loved the room, lots of space. Location was really close to all the attractions we wanted to do. Host Vicky was always there if we needed her and was very welcoming . Breakfast was also excellent

"Perfect place for a family getaway"

Was close enough to the main strip in Blackpool to walk down but far enough away to not be around it all day/night. The place itself was lovely. We had a very warm welcome, given good information on the expectations and advice on the local area. The room was really good. Bed just fit my husband in as hes tall but he said he slept really well (never sleeps well anywhere other than his own bed) and our son loved having his own space. Breakfast both mornings was delicious and we liked that you could change each morning too.

"Will definitely be staying here for future trips to Blackpool"

Vicky the owner was amazing and made our stay 10/10. She was very attentive and brilliant with my unwell 3 yr old. Food was very good as well - best scrambled eggs 🩷

Breakfast was fabulous, room was comfortable and cosy very clean and tidy. excellent host very friendly and made us feel very welcome from arrival. We will definitely be back!!!

"comfortable stay if you want a decent , quiet hotel."

Breakfast was ok, friendly staff, lovely room, good value for money.

Car park was minimal. Location was a bit further away from the promenade, so not a good walking distance for small children or older people.
