"Excellent location, very clean and friendly staff"

The property was in an ideal location for exploring Sangate and Folkestone. Our room was very clean and had an excellent shower. Breakfast was very good and so was our evening meal.

The bed was a bit too squidgy and soft for us, but everybody’s different

"Nice place"

Friendly, the room was spacious, really comfortable and it had a nice view, had fresh air and nice towels, even an alarm. Fortunately even had the hair drier and instant coffee (tea and other things) for the morning.

Maybe little downside is that it is pretty pricey BUT might be worth it, I dont work in hotels so I am pretty ignorant on the costs. Also there was the bathroom door not closing too well but might have been just my room, overall was nice
