The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable

It was noisy from the road and the room above ( you could hear people walking around upstairs), the windows were very dirty in the room, the breakfast was good, but late

Breakfast had a good continental selection as well as cooked options. Staff friendly and attentive. Location excellent in Sandgate, for Folkestone and Hythe.

Great location for an early morning channel tunnel crossing.

Right on the high street in Sandgate. Very close to the beach. Room was clean and tidy. We had the option of breakfast at £13.95 each. Ate in the cafe next door coffee and a bacon roll £6. Live music on at night when we stayed.

We chose to eat in cafe next door bacon roll and coffee for £6. Felt breakfast was pricey at £13.95. No evening meals on a Sunday but as we were on the high street there was plenty choice

Very friendly staff my flip flop broke the landlady even gave me a pair to get me by
