Hotel Santika Cirebon

Solotrip to Cirebon. Hotel is quite old and needs some renovate - but authentic Indonesian style, its like resort feeling. Staff are very friendly, F&B is ok - but not fantastic, Gym area not ok - major uplifting needs here, Pool area is also a bit distressing. Rooms are ok, but need renovation. Lobby area is comfortable and relaxing.

I stayed overnight here with a group of 18 other friends. I was at room 203, and others at rooms at the same or different floors. I stayed here before and I knew for sure that this hotel would be clean and good. It is. Good water pressure too. Comfortable room and I’m satisfied to stay there. I like the local Javanese breakfast at Taman Sari restaurant.

every breakfast that makes you addicted is its traditional menu ... and the sauce ... 3 of these are the most delicious sambel ... fried sauce ... sambel goang ... saffron chili sauce (like sambel matah but less lemongrass) ... recommended breakfast

Weekend stay in Cirebon. Hotel is a very authentic Indonesian style, like a resort type, which makes you feel very relaxed and comfort, the hotel though is quite old and needs some renovation, the water has some problems to go through the sink in the bathroom. FB is ok, but this hotel focus a lot on Indonesian local style breakfast, which maybe not all ( especially foreigners appreciate ) except - so they should have some more western style varieties of breakfast.

Staying here in room 318, apparently there’s a live music event going on right under room outside....Called front desk but they refuse to move us due to the full house...Should have given thought on the guests’ comfort before allowing such event,...Sound like they perform right outside your window,,,,Stay away from Santika and stay at Aston instead...

The hotel adopts various details from local architectural designs. The lobby is spacious with high ceiling and plenty of arts pieces, both for exhibition and for sale. I stayed in an executive room at the top floor. It was clean and spacious. The hotel has a pool and gym. The variety of breakfast was good but less than average of Santika’s standard. The garden next to the pool needs maintenance tho. Looks like it was not manicured for months. Checkin/out was efficient and handled professionally by the staff.

The only problem was that I got inundated by mosquitos while eating dinner.

Lobby was suspecious, you can take photo many place. Swimming pool also you can enjoy it with friends. Wifi was good, then breakfast is awesome, have traditional food here. Staff very nice, i’m forget name. LOL. Some day will back again here. I got view swimminh pool.

Very good swimming pool and music on weekend, also with traditional drink. I like this hotel.
