Hotel Santika Cirebon

Generally is a good hotel, it is part of a longstanding hotel group Santika, located in the middle of Cirebon. It is an older hotel compared to some in Cirebon. The service is very very good, the staffs are very welcoming and informative, health protocols are in place and the lobby are a high ceiling semi outdoor which helps with air circulation. CIrebon can be a bit cold at night, and many visitors hang around at the Lobby in the evening time. The cleanliness of the rooms are okay, a little bit of spots here and there, it will bother some people who are very concerned with this type of thing, and it was sort of an okay for me. Breakfast service were fairly standard, the staffs again were very nice and helpful. They have complimentary car washing for guests with cars. Overall iit wasnt super special, but it wasnt that bad.

Not a good experience with Santika Cirebon. The hotel was not clean, too many cigarette stub around the pool. The ambience is little bit gloomy and creepy. Minimum light at car park. The security was not helpful. Limited menu for the breakfast.

Santika chain hotel usually gives hospitality to us, so we choose this hotel for our trip to Cirebon. The room was spacious, clean and well managed. The staff really kind but the breakfast taste needs to be maintained better. The swimming pools is kids friendly and the towel available nearby. On Sunday morning Sinden singing traditional songs near the restaurant. My mother and my kids love the hotel facility. Thank you, Santika hotel.

We stay at new years,the hotel was really old like 26years ago,we had 2 superior rooms. When i entered my room floor qas dirty and mosquitos. Next day i ask housekeeping to clean it up and ask for morquitos spray,done. My room the water in my shower was broken ,the maintenance did come but can only revive it but not much. Breakfast was ok but at 1 jan 2020,the fruit was sour,and smell different. They shoud keep food quality intact even though the food not tasty.

Pros: + The staff were very friendly when I visited this establishment; + The hotel has a lot of open space so it is not claustrophobic; + Finding a parking spot was easy. + My room was clean* Cons: - *My room smelled bad when I first entered it, luckily the staff was ready to help; - The food quality went worse since the last time I was there. They used to have tastier food back then but now it was not great and the shape of mu omelette was not appetising.

One of my choose when stay in Cirebon, room quite big especually for deluxe room. Staff also friedly, they serve some traditional food during breakfast time, I like Empal Gentong in this hotel. Swimming pool is very good, fitness center also very good ever the equipment are not brand new. They also have sauna!!! That just only available in few hotel in this city.

ひと昔前の一流ホテル。やや古いが部屋も広くきれいです。インドネシアのサンティカチェーンなので安心のサービス。朝食も良い。残念なのがチルボン駅到着後の無料送迎のコンファームをもらっていたにもかかわらず迎えが来たいなかった。ホテルに電話をいれたらすぐに車がきたが、オペレーションがなんともおそまつ。
