Lovely all inclusive 4 day stay. All you could want. Asian restaurant is a must

I have stayed here many times and I never been disappointed ,good choice in food and drink and a very high standard of cleanliness

Excellent property with great facilities. Only let down for us was maybe more variety in the restaurant with regard to meat choices.

Restaurants are very disappointing, 2 more buffets with different choices. They should mention it’s not à la carte kind of restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. 100% recommended. Activities, food 24/7 views excellent, friendly helpful staff, cleanliness top class, bus to beach, The hotel is on a variety of levels, lifts can become busy at peek times but the upside is the bars and restaurants and pools all have different views, making a better experience when all inclusive. So much variety. Beds excellent. Only one thing that we could honestly like, would have been a bigger balcony. But all balcony’s are the same size the stunning views make up for it. We will differently be back this year

Loved everything and the views are stunning. A special thank you to Christian at reception for a quick and informative check in. He also recommended the VIP tour of Gran Canaria, it was awesome.

Staff and service was really great with the exception of room cleaning quality. I mean, it was not bad, just OK. Special thanks to Michael who was the Champion at Front Desk.

Nice hotel, nice beach, friendly staff, good food, but a little to repetetiv

Just completed an 8 night stay here with my partner on all inclusive basis ... we were both violently sick vomiting and temperatures .. staff are so hot and cold front desk in particular and in general just don’t get concept of customer care ... rude condescending attitude in general which is a pity because one or two are really quite nice ... informed front desk on morning of checkout we needed late checkout as we were still both very very weak from being sick and our flight not till 8:30pm .. all they were concerned about was there €68 late checkout fee being paid couldn’t care less if you had to crawl out of reception .. the frightening thing is this doesn’t seem to be isolated case most times we used toilets in reception area people could be heard vomiting !!!! ... Would never stay in a Riu establishment again EVER !! .. Ruined last part of our holiday back home and still not 100% right
