Hotel Riu Vistamar - All Inclusive

Booked this kind of last minute. Originally we booked a suite but the only ones left were on lower floors and there’s a net that blocks the view on floors 1&2. I asked to move to a double room on higher floor (4th floor) and it was perfect. The view is spectacular. Food was ok but we were happy to be at all inclusive resort.

Fabulous time at Vistamar RIU cannot have anything bad to say.All staff helpful and friendly. food fresh, hot and varied Covid 19 rules enforced fairly to all no favourites every table chair cleaned and sprayed immediately.Beer is Amstel which you can pull yourself also wine available at meals only downside of stay was the entertainment but considering last 18 months glad to see live singers and karaoke again had a great relaxing stay 28 August to 4 September 2021👍👍

It was a great holiday as it is our second time in Riu Vistamar in 9 months. It an outstanding service, environment and entertainment for the kids

Nice hotel, beautiful view

From the moment you walk in this hotel shows it’s class, there is a fragrance pumped into the lobby , it smells divine. Safety wise there is a temperature camera in reception in constant use. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with amazing views also super clean The food has a large selection, is fresh and varied , the Asian restaurant is also very nice Bar service is great and the bar is sanitized between customers The pools are warm and always sunny Safety is extremely important Customer service is great Facilities are great Animation and fitness team are great fun

Brilliant hotel, with excellent service, really help staff all round. We came to the hotel early, reception staff still allowed us to check in early, from the start we knew we are in a good hotel due to how helpful they were. Lot of thanks to the reception staff, we forgot his name, he helped to to book our dolphin trip. We will return again.

First of all big Thank You to Michael (Belgium) from reception, it was my wife's 35th birthday and he managed to get us upgrade to Junior Suite on arrival with a wonderful views and huge room (we didn't ask) . Plenty of really nice food at any time, drinks on every corner, staff really nice, views from hotel spectacular. Overall fantastic hotel. The beach is fantastic, the only thing you have to get a bus to get to it, we had a car so it was no problem to us, as there is plenty parking spaces by the beach (would not recommend to walk to the beach as the footpath is very slippery and it would take you around 25min) Would I stay there again? Oh yes!!!

Amazing hotel. The staff are exceptional and so kind. We felt right at home. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Great location with amazing views from the mountains side.
