Hotel Riu Vistamar - All Inclusive

Helt fantastisk hotell med sagolik utsikt och solnedgång varje kväll. Mkt att göra för barn, pingis volleyboll pooler etc. Uppträdanden varje kväll. Bra träningspass. Bra och varierande mat. Mkt trevlig personal och väl städat på alla allmänna ytor. Gratis bussen var smidig till och från stranden. Vi tycker detta är ett av de bästa hotellen vi bott på MEN väldigt många på hotellet drabbades av magsjuka. Tre av fyra i vår familj tyvärr. Om det inte vore ett återkommande problem på hotellet hade vi absolut åkt tillbaka.

Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks.

All inklusive er ikke å anbefale. Vinen smaker forferdelig. Frokost bra! Middagsbuffet er smakløs og bærer preg av mye halvfabrikat! Vi spiste og drakk alt utenfor hotellet.

Wonderful, we enjoyed everything. Another class that is worth a little extra pay. We just loved the food and all these choices of juice for breakfast. 👌

Mit Kinderwagen waren die Wege viel zu lang sodass wir teilweise 15 min vor dem Fahrstuhl warten mussten. Außerdem hatte meine Frau extremen Brechdurchfall nach dem Essen und wollte dann auch nicht mehr dort Essen sodass All inklusive uns nicht sonderlich viel gebracht hat. Das Küchenpersonal habe ich mit Küchenkleidung im Kiosk angetroffen während die Herren sich erstmal Bierdosen und eine Flasche Rum gekauft haben während der Arbeitszeit. Generell mit Kindern sehr unkomfortabel obwohl es als kinderfreundlich angepriesen wird, und der kinderpool ist auch ganz oben und nicht mit Lift erreichbar. Alles in allem trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub, aber waren dann eher nur zum Schlafen im Hotel. Die Tapete löste sich auch im Zimmer schon an der Decke und der Abfluss hat im Badezimmer sehr gestunken und die Stange für die Duschbrause ist abgefallen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon hingegen war Wunderschön. Wir fahren auf jedenfall nicht mehr in dieses Hotel.

Beautiful hotel to look at - but as often is when you look closer behind the beauty you really see what is there. Reception staff on the whole excellent, staff beyond there can’t comment as interactions were limited. Food is extremely repetitive and extremely bland. No variation and for the price it certainly is not worth the money paid. Drinks are the same, pre made syrup cocktails - only good bar is the sports one where they treat you well and offer better drinks. Had 2 days in bed with a bad stomach - wouldn’t wish to comment on the cause. Room itself looks great. Except paper peeling off the ceilings and a never ending issue with the shower tray filling up to ankle height no matter how long you’re in the shower meaning you feel disgusting even when getting out. Beds were made daily but don’t believe they were cleaned or swept thoroughly. Found tiny bugs on the final day as a straw to break the camels back. Had to book this hotel last minute due to my original one cancelling and paid £550 more to go here - for £2760 for a week I would expect a hell of a lot more. An awful stay overall. Best part about it was the fantastic weather and views provided from the hillside position of the hotel.

Insgesamt waren wir mit 10 Personen und 5 hatten einen Tag mit Magen-Darm Probleme. Schade, weil ansonsten hat die Anlage einen guten Eindruck gemacht.
