Rude not helpfully reception, food was terrible. Everything not fresh. Got food poisoning. Rooms old. Staff not friendly with kids at all. Worst place ever i been staying

7 jours en famille. Chambre grande et très propre. Dommage que on nous a donné une chambre au 1er étage et qu’il faut toujours monter au moins 6 étage pour aller au restaurant (7ème) Reception (8ème) accès fitness et piscine (9ème) piscines (10,11,12eme) sachant que les deux derniers étages sont pas accessible en ascenseurs vite fatiguant à force. Animation jeunes enfants nul. Spectacle le soir pas mal. Nourriture variée et bonne dans l’ensemble. Déjeuner le matin pas mal de choix de jus de fruits. Mais malheureusement je ne pense pas que je reviendrais Hotel pas très pratique. Parking payant 8 euros par jour sur le site et sur place 9 euros par jour (faites une mise à jour 😉)

Suite a la grève des controleurs aeriens, mon vol a ete annulé. Malgré la perte de mes jours de congés, les préparatifs inutiles pour le depart et une annulation indépendante de la volonté, l'hôtel a refusé le remboursement. Jai même proposé de decaler les dates mais sans succès.

What I didn’t like about the property was that the air condition was turned off and it was monitored and sent to a specific temperature. The food was good. The room size was good as well. I also didn’t like that transportation to the beach Cut off times were early.
